With years of experience remodeling and repairing homes I have decided to offer Home Inspections for pre sale real estate buyers, sellers and agents. In Spring Hill Florida and surrounding areas.

While standard practice dictates I will not be able to do any repairs on said Inspections I feel a good inspection is paramount to a home buyer to know the facts. So I will follow the practice of not taking on any work on any Home Inspections I perform.

I have found some inspections to be less than useful while others are extremely enlightening. I promise to do my due diligence while inspecting any property. Keep in mind a Home Inspection has limitations. Please read the Definitions and Scope to get and understanding of what a home inspection involves and what the inspector is there to look at and find. It will answer many home inspection questions you may have.
